Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has revealed why Liverpool won’t win the Premier League. England this season because of the smaller team size than their competitors.
“The Reds” showed great form in the latest game with a 4-0 home win over Arsenal football team. Who sit in third place in the current table with 25 points, four points behind leaders Chelsea and behind Manchester City. Two is 1 point after 12 games.
However, in Gary Neville view pointed out that both “Sing the Blues” and “Sailing” have larger teams. A better substitute is probably the big reason Jurgen Klopp’s side lost the league title.
“I think it’s the hardest thing for Liverpool because they’ve tuned so well. I think the other two teams are bigger and better,” Gary told Sky Sports.
“Liverpool, as I said at the start of the season, 11 players are the best. That doesn’t change, but if two or three people disappear, it’s going to cause real problems.”
“What Liverpool want is to be one or two points behind in the last four, five or six games, with that history and tradition and the energy of Jürgen Klopp, I think they will be a real danger.”
“But I think getting to that point will have to be a tougher fight for them than Chelsea or City.”
